§03where this comes from

three winters in the dark.

I'm Charle-Étienne Boyer. Two years ago I had your problem: a cleaning company, a commercial side and a residential side, and nothing to do from December to April.

Charle-Étienne — on a job or with the crew
  1. Winter 1

    Shovelling roofs.

Skyscraper windows on ropes all summer, a door-knocking team for houses. Then December. I cleared snow off roofs, and that was it.

  2. Winter 2

    The crew didn't come back.

Great summer, great vibe. But most of the people I hired were students, and winter sent them home. I tried washing windows in the cold. It didn't work.

  3. Winter 3

    Permanent lights, door to door.

I started installing permanent LED lights and knocked doors, the only channel I knew. It wasn't enough. People didn't know the product, and a stranger at the door didn't help.

  4. The turn

    I built the app.

A homeowner takes a photo of their house and sees it lit in seventy seconds. A year and a half of testing. The leads started coming in faster than we could answer.

  5. Today

$50K+ a month. Crew all year.

A remote sales team, two installers, one job a day. Our own Luminov product. Eighteen months without knocking a single door.

§04the engine

installing is easy.
getting clients isn't.

So we built the app. A homeowner takes a photo of their house and seventy seconds later sees it lit with our lights. A year and a half to get right. Now it's our number one sales channel.

not a course.

We make our money when you install Luminov product. So our job is to send you as many jobs as your crew can handle. That's the deal, and it's why we pick partners carefully.

You can take on more jobs than you have today

You're starting a business and ready to build a crew

not if —

You want leads but have no one to install them

You're shopping for the cheapest lights on the market

No. Install training is part of the partnership. If you already work on ladders and rooflines, you have most of what it takes.
