The joinluminov app

The dashboard of our installer partners, at app.joinluminov.com

joinluminov is a business platform for permanent-lighting installers. Each installer gets a website and a house-lighting simulator under their own brand, and the joinluminov app: a dashboard where their team works every lead, from the homeowner's first visit to the installed job.

What the app does

• Leads. Every homeowner who tries the simulator on the installer's website arrives in the dashboard, with the photo of their house and its lit rendering.
• Appointments. The team books, moves and cancels sales meetings with homeowners, each with a Google Meet video link.
• Quotes and sales. A quote is built line by line, signed online by the homeowner, and the deposit is paid by card.
• Installations. The installation schedule, the crews, and the material ordered from Luminov for each job.
• The team. Each company invites its own team, with a role for each person: administrator, sales representative, appointment setter or installer.

Google Calendar and Google Meet

Each team member can choose to connect their own Google account, from My account → Availability. Connecting is optional, and only the person who owns the Google account can connect it. Once connected:

• The appointments booked for them in the app are added to their Google Calendar, each with a Google Meet link. When the homeowner has given an email address, they are added to the event as a guest. They are told of the appointment, of any change and of a cancellation by email: by the installer's automated messages when those are turned on, otherwise by Google. Moving or cancelling the appointment in the app updates or removes the event.
• The app reads only when they are busy, never the title or content of their events, so that no one books a meeting over a time they are already taken. The colleagues who book appointments for them see those times as “Busy”, without any detail.

The app asks Google only for what these two features need. It does not access Gmail, Contacts or Drive. Each person can disconnect at any time, from the app or from their Google Account. Our privacy policy explains how we handle Google user data.

Who uses it

The app is for the installers who partner with Luminov. We open a company's account when the partnership starts; the company then invites its team. Team members sign in at app.joinluminov.com.
